Christian and Petrine's children were christened in Hvejsel Parish : Hans Simon Christiansen Nyborg, b. 1867, Ida Dagmar Christiansen Nyborg b. 1876 and Emma Alfhild Christiansen Nyborg b. 1878.
This is my Grandfather's family, who went by the name Marinus Jacob Christian Nyborg b. abt 1875, d. Minneapolis MN 1942
Christian and Petrine wound up in Enumclaw or thereabouts WA.
Hans may be Hans SC Nyborg in Roberts co, South Dakota in SD until at least 1923.
One of the sisters supposedly married in Canada, possibly Toronto area.
Other possible siblings are Abelone, who may have married in MN and married a Christensen in WA. Thyra E, Pavole M, Maren C and Kirstine are other possible siblings.
Can someone connect with any of these people?
For those of you who are visiting the cemeteries and graves of your
loved ones, your ancestors this weekend and have a few extra flowers,
think of placing them on one of the lonely Christiansen graves which is
never visited. Or, if you are living in an area where you have no
one, think of visiting a cemetery and placing flowers by one of these
lonely graves.
I live in Logan Utah and tomorrow I will be visiting several local
cemeteries and will be placing flowers on graves. Over the past years I
have adopted these graves, these people and I hope that someone out
there is doing the same for my loved ones.
This is the day to remember those who came before us, who forged the
paths that we now walk.

Can anyone help. I really don't have much to go on. My gg Aunt was Lena (possibly Caroline) Jacobsen. She married a Christianson. They had an invalid son and a daughter that died in a tornado in MN. Is this familiar to anyone? Jammie

I'm looking for information the the family of Niels Christiansen and wife Hinrica Hinrichsen from Tonder, Denmark. They were married 29 May 1825 in Tonder, and had at least one child, Christiana Nicoline Christiansen. She was born 4 July 1828 in Tonder.
She married a Momme Iwerson/Everson from Nieubell, Schleswig Holstein on Oct 12 1850.
I would like to find the parent of Niels and Hinrica, as well as any sibling of Christiana.
Thanks
Leslie in Florida
