Surname: Christiansen
-------------------------
I have a great grandfather whos name was Nels Christiansen and married
Caroline Hansen. The story goes that when Nels left Denmark he changed
the spelling of his name. When my grandfather left home he changed it back
to Christensen.
Looking for any one related to Adele or Gunerius Christiansen. Immigrated
to the US from Dramen Norway in the mid 1880s. Owned a lumber mill in
Norway, lost it in a fire and came to the states.
Thanks
Sean Barrett

I am looking for information on Russell W. Christiansen and his wifes who
were Ethelen Secrist they had 4 children and then he married a woman named
Edith Jorgensen. I know of 1 child to this marriage who died at a young
age and is burried in Mayfield, Ut. Looking for help with these families
and were there decendents are now.
I hope to locate Pamela Christiansen or her descendants who corresponder with
Jim Duckett regarding the Fowler Bible.
I sent the following notes to Christinasens in the SouthBend Indiana area:
Dear Christiansen,
Several years ago Jim Duckett received a copy of a Fowler Bible page from a
lady in Mishawaka, IN, described below.
I am a Fowler descendant who would like to contact Pamela Christiansen or her
descendants to see if I can 'reconnect'
In 2 email messages, Jim Duckett said :
Susan, You may want to pass this along . In 1990 on a Saturday the postman
delivered me and envelope from a lady in Mishawaka, Indiana. I opened the
envelope and almost fainted. The envelope contained a copy of the Bible
Record of Levi and Martha O. Duckett. The first line was beautiful and stated
" Levi Fowler and Martha O. Duckett were married, Autumn Anno Domini 1791." I
wrote the lady expressing my sincere thanks but never heard from her again.
Jim Duckett
The lady's name and address in 1990 was : Pamela Christiansen, 1514
Maplehurst, Mishawaka, Indiana 46545 . Jim
