Jeremy,
Do you live in Phoenix? Is your dad Gary? If so, then I know you and you know me. If you are who I think you are, call us sometime.
L.
I have a an Anna JOHANNESDATTER b. 1753 ( Grindem's Annex,Aasbo follows the
date so I'm assuming this is where she was born) She married Svein MSTTISON
b. 1749 and died 1789 (Sekes i Ullevang). This daughter Anna SVENADATTER, b.
1789 in (Egeland Eikeland) marrired Johannes OLSEN July 6, 1820. Their son
Erik JOHANNENSEN married Turi MICKELSDATTER. Erik migrated to the US. Their
son Oscar JOHANNESEN, b. 1862 and died 1939 married Carrie IVERSON. Thier
daughter Maggie Caroline JOHANNENSEN, b. Jun 15, 1880 and died May 5, 1921
married Bert NEWTSON. Bert was married again after Maggie died.
This is all the information and as best I can decipher it from the notes I
have. We think Bert Newtson is buried somewhere around Chicago.
Obviously we can get Oscar and probably Carrie's death certificates as well
as Maggie and Berts. When you don't know where they died how would you go
about locating them?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Millie Conrad

My husband's grandfather was Carrie's brother and we would really like information about Carrie's life after from the time they left her until her death. She was 16 yrs old at the time of her death. If any of this sounds familiar please contact me at stephaniedougall(a)hotmail.com. Thanks
