My grandfather, Axel M. Christensen 1890 - 1979, born in Faske, Denmark and died in Fargo, ND. I have no information at all on his family. I believe his father's name was Hans and I know he had at least one brother, but I believe there were more siblings. He was a WWI veteran and his last job was as a maintenance engineer at the VA in Fargo, ND. He was married to Sadie L. Fedje.
Any information would be helpful. Thanks.

I hope I'm not confusing the story here, but I'm also looking for Christensens in the Long Beach/San Pedro area. John Fedrick Christensen lived there with his mother and stepfather. His mother's name was Lillian Parisot. She passed away in 1963 (cancer). She was previously married to a Christensen. That was also her maiden name. Her parents (Axel and Anna Christensen) came from Denmark in the early 1900's, I believe. A little more info on John: gymnast in college (Harbor College, perhaps?? Not sure)
I doubt if John still lives in Long Beach, but maybe you have a connection???
