I am extremely excited to find this posting. Lucille is the daughter of my gr gr uncle. Her father, Frank, was brother to my gr grandmother Emma M. (Seyfarth) Deibert. I have found my Seyfarth roots to be rather elusive, and it was only recenlty upon a recent trip to Big Lake, Sherburne County, Minnesota, that I've learned a little more info, including that of Lucille Christensen, previously, Lucille Lanz, (married to Harry), maiden name Seyfarth. My own father searched for his cousin, her son, "Gordy" unsucessfully in the 1980's. I would love to make contact with relatives of Lucille and other Seyfarth's. Please contact me at the following: tabbygreye(a)hotmail.com

Message Board Post:
I am looking for information on the following family who lived in Montpelier, Bear Lake Co., Idaho in 1900. James M. Christensen/ Christiansen was born Feb. 1857 in Denmark and immigrated to the US in 1890 with wife Anna Peterson/ Pederson, b. 1864, also from Denmark. In the 1900 Idaho Census (under the name Christiansen), they are living in Montpelier, Bear Lake Co. with four children - Petrea M., female, age 10, b. Denmark; Christina, female, age 7, b. ? (says Denmark, but that can't be right); Tora (think this may be Dora), female, age 6, b. RI??? (probably should be ID); James I, male, age 4 yrs, b. IA??? (suspect this is wrong and should also be ID). I cannot find James, Anna or any of the children anywhere in the 1910 Census or anytime thereafter. If someone can help with my search, I would be eternally grateful. Thank you. Jackie
