I am seeking any descendants of the following CHRISTENSEN Family of Indiana. I have information on one branch of your ancestry and would be happy to offer it to you. A. LULU B. HELFRICH, born September 14, 1892 in Indiana. Married Illinois native HARRY C. CHRISTENSEN, whose parents were from Denmark, on October 10, 1917 in White County, IN. Harry was a farmer at a stock farm in Honey Creek, White County, Indiana in 1920 and in 1930 was a proprietor of a general store in Monon, White County, Indiana. She died Nov. 1967 in Monon, IN.

Thorveld " Gene " Christensen, 69, of Santee died Friday. He was born in Indianapolis and was a project manager for Hawthorne Machinery. He served in the Navy during the Korean and Vietnam wars.
Survivors include his wife, Beverly; daughters, Victoria of Pacific Beach, Pamila of Santee and Rochele Moon of San Diego; son, Ronald of Brazil, Ind.; brother, Larry of Indianapolis; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Services: 2 p.m. today, Lakeside-Santee Funeral Chapel, 9840 Maine Ave., Lakeside.
Interment: after services, El Cajon Cemetery, 2080 Dehesa Road, El Cajon.

please please please email me at tharrington(a)new.rr.com!!!! my great grandmother was carrie sorenson. my grandmother had items of carrie's family scrapbook. there are some articles and clippings of the family names mentioned. there are as well several old photos you could possibly identify. there are some as well that have handwrighten captions on them. many are of the old family including one that's caption reads: mrs a.m.christensen, carrie's grandmother. the name pedersen is as well. carrie married edward lillicrap and they lived in neenah wisconsin untill they got ill. at that time they moved in with my grandmother untill they passed on.
