Beginning March 2nd, 2020 the Mailing Lists functionality on RootsWeb will be discontinued. Users will no longer be able to send outgoing emails or accept incoming emails. Additionally, administration tools will no longer be available to list administrators and mailing lists will be put into an archival state.
Administrators may save the emails in their list prior to March 2nd. After that, mailing list archives will remain available and searchable on RootsWeb

Births -- Mr. and Mrs. Mark Garst, of near Minneapolis, are the parents of a daughter, born Wednesday, July 14. (also) page 5: West Union -- We extend congratulations to Mr. and Mrs. Mark Garst upon the arrival of a new girl. They have names her Lela Lucille. (also) Lone Star -- Mr. and Mrs. Mark Garst are the parents of a little daughter, Leila Lucille, born Wednesday, July 14. (also) Mrs. Hattie Frakes, of Minneapolis, came out Saturday evening to get acquainted and also help name her little grand-daughter at the Mark Garst home. She expects to stay with them this week.
(The baby's mother was Eva Jagger Garst. The grandmother was Hattie Lucinda Christ Jagger Frakes Allison. She was murdered by her 3rd husband, George Allison, in 1931, who then committed suicide. Hattie had 8 children with her first husband, George Jagger; then one son by her second husband, James Frakes. She and George Allison had only been married about a year when the tragedy occurred.)

My Father was Leroy and his first name was pearl i would like to say that my Leroy passed in 1994 of cancer he is buried at the new york bay cemetary with the christ headstone where his mom and dad are buried,His brother fred is still alive and as well as gertie who still lives in jersey next to i beleive is one of the other children of his and pearls.I would like to chat further and would be more than happy to share any info i could
