My new email address is: emilysnanna(a)aol.com and I am searching for information regarding this north Texas family from the early to late 1800s. They would have lived in Brown County, TX sometime around 1927 and before cause that is when E.H. Black died. E.H. Black that I am looking for is Eleck Hodges Black born about 1878 somewhere around Brown County, TX. There is an E.H. Black that died Feb. 9, 1927 in Brown County, TX. His parents were N.H. Black (father) and R. Christ (mother) If any of this is familiar please email me at
emilysnanna(a)aol.com
Thanks
Melinda Clark-Black
P.S. I am searching for my husbands surname in Texas

Does anyone have any information on this gentleman. When did he come to America? Where was his family from originally, France, Germany?
I'm looking for info on Jacob Christ. He was born about 1772 (possibly in
Maryland) and died shortly after 1850 in Rockbridge Co, VA (USA). He was
married to Sarah who was probably born in PA. Would anyone have more info on
this man or his family?
Thanks,
Glenn
