Am trying to locate Thomas J Chrisman, born 15 Sep 1837 and died in Clark County, Ark 17 Feb 1901. He came to Clark County in late1800's. He married Rachel Sitchman in Bartholomew Co., Indiana; but they cannot be found on any Indiana census; evidently they did not stay in Indiana very long. I have been researching this family for a long time and know no more about them than when I first begun. Any help appreciated.

I am searching for the parents and siblings of my gggreat-grandmother, Mary
Chrisman. She was born about 1799 and married Martin John in Armstrong
County, PA in 1822, they lived near several other Christman families on the
1830 Census. Does anyone have any info on her? I would appreciate any info.
Thank you,
Diane Shelton

Hello Everyone,
Looking for info on John Chrisman, born 1832 in PA; died 23 May 1922, age 90
in San Joaquin Co., CA.
I think John may be one of my ancestors siblings. I would like to know if
anyone knows anything about his parents or siblings, when he first migrated
to the San Joaquin area or his spouse/children.
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you for your time.
Mary Helen
All I want for Christmas is a marriage between Prudens Chrisman and John
Moore, who had a daughter Martha Moore born in Illinois in the 1823. John
Moore was born in TN, SC, or VA and Prudens was born in VA or TN (according
to which of Martha's census reports you look at). Martha died at 87 in 1911
in Missouri. Her granddaughter signed the death certificate, saying Martha's
parents were born in TN, which may or may not be true. Does anyone have a
Prudence Chrisman? Thanks for looking, Margie Bridges
Thelma...just be sure to put in the reply box CHRISMAN-L(a)rootsweb.com, I got
it ok. I've been looking for a Smithers-Anna Marie Chrisman connection
middle 1700's in Virginia. Suppose to be my 5th gen grandparents...can't
find any info on these people...any one out there know of this connection,
comments welcome, thank you, Nena Smothers
