the only Ellender Choate I have in my database shows to be the daughter of
Richard Choate and Ann Jane Lowe. I show that Ellender married Nicholas Kelly
on July 22, 1813, but don't have any facts as to where, etc., sorry.

Regarding Irene Choate Williams, the material that I have is also filed
away. I do not recall a Vesta Zipporah Choate.
Bev Casey has done her best to commit all her material to her computer. She
has done an excellent job on the Choate families. I trust after her house
fire, that she can return to her genealogy research because so many folks
depends on her, including myself.
Irene Choate Williams was one of the foremost Choate researcher in her time.
The last contact that I had with her, she had moved from Normandy, TN to
Manchester, TN sometime after 2002.
My understanding that she quit writing her news letters and more less
retired from her genealogy research. She spent many hours and travels doing her
research the old fashion way, long before the computer and the internet.
Irene once told me that all Choate families in Fentress County, TN are
related.
That is where Bev Casey and my families are from.
