Where in Ok was Earcia born? My ggrandparents spent some time in OK as my grandmother Marie Choate was born there in Oct 1909. She was the only child born there out of 8 children, the rest where born on TN. We are assuming that they must have had family there and went there for a short time for that reason. My gggrandparents were John Choate b abt 1844 and Marthsa Martin b abt 1852. Although I believe at that time the name was spelled Shoat. Hope this helps some. If any of this sounds familiar feel free to email me. Pamn
