I would be interested in your relationship with the James Chilton from Eminence, Missouri as our family is also related to them. My husband is Randolph Chilton, son of Perry L. Chilton, son of James Chilton and Annie Laurie Griswold. Would appreciate any info you could share with us. Thanks, Mary Chilton

I too am looking for James Chilton who was married to Annie Laurie Griswold. Do you know if Des Arc is anywhere close to Emmanance, Missouri. Also what birthdate do you have for your James Chilton, ours was born in 1854 and died in 1921. Thanks, Mary Chilton

There are estimated to be hundreds of thousands of descendants from James Chilton.
I have a copy of Mayflower Families Through Five Generations, Volume Two which has the first five generations of the line. You can find those ancestors on Message Boards and other Internet places. It's the next five or six generations that are hard to find. The missing 1890 Census is the killer!
