Hi all
Just reposting my family brick wall---Edward CHILDS had a number of
children born to him and his wife, Elizabeth, between 1825 and 1838. All
were baptised at Old Swinford, Worcestshire. I know he was still alive and
living in Kingswinford, Staffs (at that time Worcs.) at the time of his
daughter Jane's wedding, in June 1857. At the time ,he was described as a
Farmer on her wedding certificate. I haven't found him on any local 1861
census returns nor in the Kingswinford burial records up to 1870.
Their children were THOMAS 11 Dec 1825
EDWARD 15 Feb 1829
MARY 8 Jul 1835
JANE 8 Mar 1835
LUCY 23 Sept 1838
(all dates baptismal)
Any links out there?
Many thanks
Phil
