I just found out that the state of Ohio offers copies of birth/death/marriage certificates for just three cents plus postage ! The postage runs, as well as I remember, thirty four censt for the first four copies, then goes up by ounces.
The copies provided are not certified or signed. Otherwise they are just like copies of any other certificate.
I am now wondering if all or any other states offer this uncertified copies at rates cheaper than the five dollars I pay here in Oklahoma ?
