Would like to make contact with anyone researching the following family:
Harry Blackwell Child born 1850 Birmingham, Warwick England married in 1870 in Burmingham Lucy Biven who was born 1850 Birmingham. They had the following known children:
Henry Jas. Child b. abt 1872 Aston, Warwick
Frank Edward Child b. abt 1873 Aston, Warwick
Ada Elizabeth Child b. abt 1876 Aston Warwick
Edith Lucy Child b. abt 1879 Aston Warwick
It is thought that Lucy Biven had a sister Elizabeth Biven who married 1865 in Bath, Somerset John Bowers.

John W L CHILD was born 1880, New Malden, Surrey, England
He emmigrated sometime between 1891 and 1901 (He is missing on the 1901 census) He joined the Canadian Army and served during WWl. He died 1953 in Vancouver. Rumour has it that he married, but I've no evidence of this. I'd like to find out more about John and his family to add to my CHILD tree. Does John Waller Laurence CHILD ring any bells with anyone?
Regards,
Annmarie

Johnson Normal School tintype (Alice Child, Mary Chamberlin, Emma Eastman, Lou Staples Ada Sunderland, Lottie Davis, Josie Patterson) Johnson, Vt.
These are all dated from 1865 to 1874 (the ones that I was able to view). The album is in excellent condition with lovely hinges.
A great source of genealogical records of old Vermont families.
