I could use your help. Catherine or 'Katy' Sell married Franklin Child. I believe Katy (Sell) Child was born bet. 1830-1850.
I can't find her or her husband.
Catherine/Kathie/Katy Sell daughter of Goldsmith Sell was born in Islip, Suffolk County, LI, NY and was on LI in 1870. She was married to Franklin Child of Islip. In 1886 she again is referred to in her grandmothers will but she is living in Paterson, Passaic, New Jersey. I checked the census in NJ and found nothing. Is anyone familiar with any Child families on Long Island or in Patterson who might be connected to Franklin or Katy Child?
I would really appreciate some help on this one. I have very little information to go on.
