Hello Cousin.
I'm Lester's daughter Debbie.
My Dad passed away in "2007".
I am confused as to Grandma's maiden name/names (Rudder/Snavely). Even my Dad was not clear on this subject. Was she adopted? Or?
I remember Grandma staying at your house as I stayed at your house for a while while she was there. She was teaching me the alphabet song in Pennsylvania Dutch.

Hi, Janet, Mae ws my aunt. Her son was Bobbie. I don't know how old this search of yours is. My dad was Robert Ray Chilcote he passed away October 2005. Arthur and Gertrude are my grandparents. Yes they lived in Orrville, Ohio. I was also born there. I don't remember grandpa only grandma. We visted her in her apartment and then she lived with us for a year in San Bernardino, CA in the early 1960's before my mother passed away. The only children of Arthur and Gertrude living now is Lester. I have not heard if he passed away. We also use to go and visit Aunt Meldred your grandmother when I was little. I remember she had broken her hip[ in an auto accident.
What I am interested in is about Gertrude. My dad always said she was Pennsyvalina Dutch. That says to me she might have been from Almish background? Do you know anything about her background? I think I have sent you picture of our relatives before and you have talked to Beth my sister. I possibly might be coming to Pasadena this summer in July and would like to meet you. I will bring family pictues I have my dad gave to me plus what he wrote abaout his history. Looking forward to getting to gether some time, Carol
