This is a record that I have, but I have no children listed or any location. The family CHILCOTE was living in 1820 Dearborn Co., In., 1810 Randolph Co., Va. (now W.V.), and in 1790 and 1800 they were in Huntingdon Co., Pa. The Burns family could have followed the Chilcote family. They were trail blazers.

Whenever you see CHILCOTE / CHILCOAT / CHILCOTT / CHILCOATE and other various spellings of the name, you can assure it is the same. Only is a few situtation this doesn't apply. I have in my records, brothers spelling there names differently.

I have found a marriage record in Randolph County, VA for 1809. The record is William Burns married Susanna Chilcott. The parent on record was Robinson L. Chilcott. This appears to fit except for the spelling of the last name which could be Chilcote.
Does this information look familiar to anyone? If so, do you know of the children from this union? or locations?
Thanks for your help,
Steffan Burns

I am looking for information about my g-great grandmother Ellen Chilcote. She married Harry Graham in the late 1890's early 1900's. They lived in Baltimore City and had 4 girls, Anne Veronica (my grandmother), Margaret, Jane and Eleanor.
Thanks.
