who md. Lydia Payne, may have been a son of John.[ John and Margaret]

Hi,
Is everyone lurking? How about a roll call! Everybody posts something about their Chilcote, Chilcott, Chilcoat.
I'll start:
ELIHU "ELI" CHILCOTT b. 8 Apr 1757, Baltimore, MD, occupation Farmer, m. 1783, LYDIA PAYNE, b. 1760, Baltimore, MD, d. aft 22 Jun 1844, Hardy Co., WV. ELIHU died 25 May 1831, Kinseys Run, Lost River, Hardy Co., VA. He is supposedly the son of John Chilcott of Baltimore. Can anyone verify this. My line runs through Eli's son Eber, then Jonathan who moved to Shenandoah Co., VA and married Rosanna Wolverton
Looking forward to hearing from the rest of you. I'm beginning to think I am the only subscriber!
