This is a Message Board Post that is gatewayed to this mailing list.
Classification: Query
Message Board URL:
http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/xZI.2ACEB/186
Message Board Post:
Henrietta Chidester Trigg is my GGgrandmother married to Benjamin Franklin Trigg my GGgrandfather. Her parents Adeline Giles and George Washington Chidester. I have followed all the information on this message board with Betty S. Joanne H, Paul V. and John Middleton. Any others with this line, I would be interested in exchanging info. I am looking for documentation of all sources. I have some photos and documents I am willing to share. John Middleton has a new web page started for Chidesters, I hope everyone will help with.
I am new to this mailing list. I encourage every Chidester to help out
John Middleton with his new web page. It is such a great start.

I am from a Chidester family and need all the help I can get to find
ancestory.
Debra
Sorry folks there is no Donna Trigg. :-( It should be Debra Conrad. Just a senior moment or a brain cramp.
Here is the corrected.
Richard - Betty Slovinski, Debra Conrad
Sarah C.
Rhoda Ann
Abraham - me - John Middleton, Amanda Chidester Meeks
Daniel C.
Please make a posting to the list, if you have not already, so that everyone can have your email address.
Regards,
John

Hi all
I got emails from Betty Slovinski, Donna Trigg, Amanda Meeks (Chidester), and Sharon Chiddister.
If I assume that Daniel Chidester is our common ancestor, then I can put everyone, except Sharon :-(, in a descendant chart.
Daniel Chidester's children:
Richard - Betty Slovinski, Donna Trigg
Sarah C.
Rhoda Ann
Abraham - me - John Middleton, Amanda
Daniel C.
I have the Trigg line down to the children of Henrietta Chidester and Benjamin T. Trigg and I don't actually arrive at Donna.
Sharon's line is from Henry Chidister, NJ, ca 1789. Perhaps Paul can fit that one in somewhere.
I don't have exactly where Paul's wife connects either.
Amanda contacted me a few days ago and we are 4th cousins.
I am working on a paper for Abraham and Mary Elizabeth Griffith Chidester.
Regards,
John

I have started a Chidester Web Page at
http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.com/~chidester
I hope to put documented Chidester and allied family history on the site. I will be happy to put files from other Chidester researchers on the site as well. This site is very much under construction. Any suggestions will be welcomed.
Please have a look and let me know what you think.
Regards,
John
