Forwarded message;
Good day everybody.
I am new to this list and would like to list my interest being to trace
descendants of REVEREND CHARLES CHICK , a METHODIST minister who emmigrated from
Goudhurst in Kent UK to , initially VERGENNES TOWNSHIP, Kent County, MICHIGAN.
Thereafter he is recorded at WHITEHALL in County Muskegon, Michigan where he is
buried.
Reverend Charles had a Son CHARLES who....and I am guessing ....possibly a
wild guess....as a result of researching here there and everywhere....married
ANNIE L DYER at Methodist Episcopal Church WASHINGTON on 28.11.1880.
Does this ring a bell with anyone?
PS.Rev Charles and family arrived at Vergennes in the early 1880s
Thank you. Cyril Chick

I have a Robert Bryant CHICK born in St Martins in London around 1829/30, died in Poplar in 1874. He married Martha ? and had daughters Charlotte and possibly Janet. I have them in the 1871 census and I think his father was Robert Bryan CHICK who died in St Martins in 1841.
Does this ring any bells with anyone?
