My g-grandfather is Charles Sidney Chick, son of William Sidney, b. 1819 d. 1895. William Sidney is the son of William Miles. Your father must be a nephew to my g-grandfather. I have quite a bit of information about our family, but have some "missing links" also. I'm happy to swap if you're interested. You may contact me directly at my e-mail address: Cw08(a)aol.com, if you'd like.
I am researching "Chick", and I have a Henry A. Chick born I believe in
Virginia. I have nothing on him past that, but do have most all information
of his immediate family, as one of his daughter's is my Great Grandmother.
I have information from a Will of his sister's, but would like to know
anymore about him. He was born around 1800-1810, but don't know where.
Some of the Chick's migrated to Missouri with the railroad. There was a
John Chick in my Grandmother's bible that lived in Washington State. I have
so much to learn on all this. Maybe we can connect, as I have nothing on
his father. Julia Schmitz of Wickenburg, Arizona

definitely link them? Thomas was in Boone Co., MO by 1850's. He married
Elizabeth (possibly Cook) about 1849 and died June 23, 1901 in Huntsville,
Randolph Co., MO and is said to be buried in Bonne Femme Cem., Columbia,
