I'm searching for two CHICK sister's Edith Georgina (aka Girlie) and Isabella (aka Belle) they were inseprable and never married, both born between 1840 to 1855 in either Somerset West or Channel Island,UK. There brother was George Henry Chick b. 1847. All three died in New Zealand. There is mention of Alice, Nellie, & Albert Chick, not sure if they are brother's and sister's of the above. But all metioned within this family.
It say's there is six different Chick braches direct from this Chick family, all having origans in the Channel Island and Somerset West.
All the above was found in a Book in a NZ Library called "From Waste Land to Wealth" in Otara NZ, by Joan Macintosh in the early 1900's, the history was given by George Henry Chick before his death in 1894.There are many pages on this "Chick" family. But no mention of the parents of all the above. Can anyone help me with this. thank you.

This may not be the same Susie Chick that married E. Johnson. E. Johnson was born in 1859. Maybe that was her Mother? The Susie in my family resided in Malden, MA and was buried in Everett, MA 1917.

I am the great grandaughter of Andrew J. Baloga b. 6-24-1885 d. 6-24-1942. He was married to Elizabeth Andrascik and they lived on Madison Street in Wilkes-Barre, Pa. They had 5 children, Mary Rita, Emily, Irene (aka Sister Virginia), Albert and Alois. Unfortunately, I don't know too much more. I do know that I am somehow related to the Baloga that was a funeral director over in Forty Fort, Pa. Myself and at least one of my sisters remembers the name of Anna Tomko, but we don't know where it fits. We also remember the name of Chick, but don't know where that fits either. Both of my great grandparents are buried in Sacred Heart Cemetery in Dallas, Pa. Maybe we are related. If any of these names rings a bell, I would be very happy to hear from you. You may be able to fill in a big part that is missing from my tree!!
