Hello my name is Carolyn turner Mitschke, my grandmother was named Carrie Lela Chewning and had a sister named lizzie chewning. Carrie was born august 23, 1890, she was bought by a Mr. Turner off a indian reservation at a very young age and then he married her. I think lizzie was her sister. She was a full blood cherokee indian. please email me at kel9829(a)aol.com
