Would your great grandmother be: Evelyn Irene "Lynn" Chevalier, the 10th child of Arsene Chevalier, b. 1870, Joliette County, Que. Can, & Mary M. Mayhew-Maheau, born 1873 in ND? Evelyn was born 13 Jan 1912 in Duluth, MN. She had several marriages: (1) Baldwin Charles Johnson, (2) Ralph Greenmyer, (3) Albert R. Pickinpaugh, (4) ? Rayhill. In about 1993, I believe Evelyn I. Rayhill was from Missouri? I have been unable to trace her from then.

Message Board Post:
Hello!
My great-grandmother, Evelyn Chevalier, is the daughter of Mary Chevalier.
I was never able to learn much about my nana's family before she passed away. I know her family was from Canada and in 1920 Mary and Ariane (spelling?) Chevalier lived in Duluth, St Louis, Minnesota. The father's name has also been spelled as "Ansen" and "Arsiaul."
They had several children: William, Leda, Frank, Rose, Edmond, Mary, Dora, Violet, Evine, and my nana Evelyn. My nana also told me that she suspected her older sister, Rose, was her real mother because of how Rose treated her and because of the age of Mary when Evelyn was born.
If you have any information about my family, I'd love your help.
