Kristen,
I found my notes for the death of Miss Maud Mary Chevallier. I will go back and see if I can obtain a photocopy and send it to you.
My notes were:
Miss Maud Mary Chevalier died 10-10-1925
-mushroom poisoning
- sister is Mrs. William Brooks
- Dynamite Road
- 1 brother Fred at 129 Buffalo
- 4 sisters
Mrs. Brooks
Mrs. M. Memphis
Miss E. - Michigan
Mrs. Grace Clark - (Ann Arbor)
- St. Michaels Church
- resident of Detroit Michigan - away 11 yearss
- also ill from mushroom poisoning - Mrs. Lula R. Brevington
I know there was more in the article. She was visiting her sister (Brooks) at the Dynamite Rd. residence. It described how they went out for mushrooms. and ate them then went back out for more. When I copied this I was not suure who this was so I only outlined the information.
From now on I will photocopy everything! Do you know how they are related?
Sandra
Hi Everyone,
I went through a couple of books today and came across a marriage record
that just listed the bride and groom's names and the date of marriage.
Anyways, I found an entry for a Joseph Sharvallary who married a Jane Germal
on 25 Aug 1842 in Toledo, Lucas, Ohio. The last name could of been
misspelled as I have seen several different spellings of the Chevalier name.
I also found the roster lists for Toledo's War of Rebellion. Under it, it
listed an Abraham A Schevalier. He was 21 yrs and entered the military
service on 9 Sep 1863. He was a private in company H. He was mustered out
with his company on 11 Jul 1865. I have not come across an Abraham
Schevalier (Chevalier) before. I don't know if there is any connection.

Hi group,
I went to Monroe and found a lot of misc. things. I found this long out of print book that is interesting. It was to fragile to let my photocopy so I had to copy it by hand. A friend/cousin will be going to Salt Lake City the end of this month, and she said she would see if they had a copy that can be photocopied. I have more and will put the rest in the next posting. I was given a name of a specialist who will help me figure out some of hte lines that are unclear. (tried to coppy and paste but it looks funny!) I

Sandra,
Please do not be sorry for rattling on so long, that is how things connect to
other people. I don't think your getting obsessive about it, I just think
you are hitting on many targets and that would thrill any one of use. I just
wish I could be there to help you in the search. It's great, your great.
Bob just doesn't function like the rest of us. Some people have a deep, deep
interest in family history and some people don't. Why it is that way I don't
know but I completely enjoy it very much, which I'm sure the rest do also.
Keep up the good work. Someday maybe something will change and I can come
and help with the research for at least a few days, but it may be a long way
off. I can never thank you enough for everything you are doing in your
research. Hang in there we love you for and appreciate everything you do, to
the deepest part of our soul.
Thanks
Cheryl
I hope you understand what I'm trying to say.

Sandra,
Thank you, thank you. Cora Rose Chevalia is my great grandmothers sister, I
know some of the information about the Bodi's and Aunt Cory and a possible
Uncle Andrew as my mother could remember it. My great grandmother's name was
Etta E. Rose. I have a lot more to tell you and talk about but been sick and
it's late. I will re-read this to get a better understanding of what is
being said and will get back to you this weekend. You are heaven sent.
Thank you again.
