Beginning March 2nd, 2020 the Mailing Lists functionality on RootsWeb will be discontinued. Users will no longer be able to send outgoing emails or accept incoming emails. Additionally, administration tools will no longer be available to list administrators and mailing lists will be put into an archival state.
Administrators may save the emails in their list prior to March 2nd. After that, mailing list archives will remain available and searchable on RootsWeb

WEST LAFAYETTE: Kevin "Chaz" Lee Chester, 47, of West Lafayette, Ohio and formerly of Senecaville, Ohio (Guernsey County) passed away Friday(5/11/2012) at the Cleveland Clinic, Cleveland, Ohio.
He was born December 24, 1964 in Barnesville, Ohio (Belmont County) the son of Joseph H. Chester, Grafton, Ohio, and the late Joanne E. Chester.
Kevin was a Electronic Technician at Rock-Tenn(formerly Stone Container) for 8 years.
He also worked at Allied Machine and Engineering in Dover, Ohio for 13 yrs.
He was in the Army Reserves for 10 yrs,and a Desert Storm veteran.
Kevin was a member of the Operating Engineers Union Local #18, the Eagles #761 of Coshocton, and a 1983 graduate of Meadowbrook High School.
He enjoyed working on and building computers, golfing, riding his Harley, and spending time with his family and granddaughter, Payton.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Joanne Chester.
He is survived by his wife, Carma (Freetage) Chester, whom he married on 12/24/1990; one son, Brandon(Amanda) Cottrill, Coshocton, Ohio; two daughters, Whitney Cottrill, of the home, Lesha (Amanda) Cottrill, West Lafayette, OH; one granddaughter, Payton Walker, of the home; two sisters, Krista (Mark) Bostic, Grafton, Oh., and Cheryl (Brian) Gerson, Gahanna, Oh.
Calling hours will be held Wednesday from 6-8 pm at Black-Epperson Funeral Home in Senecaville, Ohio with services to follow at 8 pm.
