Additionally, administration tools will no longer be available to list administrators and mailing lists will be put into an archival state.
Administrators may save the emails in their list prior to March 2nd. After that, mailing list archives will remain available and searchable on RootsWeb

He was 46 years old when he died Tuesday, 13 Apr 2004 in Austin, TX of complications form open heart surgery.
He was born 12 Aug 1957 in Harlingen, TX and completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Missouri in Kansas City and earned his Doctor of jurisprudence at Oral Roberts University at Tulas, OK. He was also a respiratory therapist.
He was employed by various federal agencies as an attorney.
He was an Eagle Scout as are his sons and he was active in that organization as well as being a member of the Oklahoma , Missouri and Federal Bar Associations and registered with the Supreme Court of Colorado.
He was a Catholic.
Survived by eldest son, Second Lieutenant William Chess, US Army and daughter-in-law Alicia of Ft. Benning, GA;son ; Andrew John Chess of Marion MIlitary Institute in Alabama; wife,Lt. Col. Cathy J. Chess, US Army nurse at Ft. Knox, KY;parents, Col. William E. "Bill" Chess ( USAF-ret.) and Charon R. Chess of Bastrop, TX; sister, Elizabeth Anne Davis of Bastrop;brother, William Kevin Chess and wife Melody of Hobe Sound, FL;brother, Timothy Bret Chess of Palm City, FL;sister, Mary Michelle Chess of Houston, TX;sister, Laura Kim-Angel Mitchell of Bastrop, TX.
Interment at Fairview Cemetery in Bastrop, TX.
