Beginning March 2nd, 2020 the Mailing Lists functionality on RootsWeb will be discontinued. Users will no longer be able to send outgoing emails or accept incoming emails. Additionally, administration tools will no longer be available to list administrators and mailing lists will be put into an archival state.
Administrators may save the emails in their list prior to March 2nd. After that, mailing list archives will remain available and searchable on RootsWeb

This is a quite list compared to most... I was about to give up and unsub.
as I was thinking
No one else was out there.. However I seen some posting came to me on Nov.
5th digest mode. So I'm re posting some of my direct lines surnames back
to CHENOWETH lines
John CHENOWETH born 1682 or 1683 in Wales or Cornwall Co. England death
about May of 1746 Frederick Co. Va. wife Mary CALVERT b. 1687 ? PA.
maybe. married abt. 1705 PA.? maybe. Then to their son John CHENOWETH born
1706 near Joppa, Baltimore MD. death 1770 or 1771 in Frederick Co. VA. This
could be W.V today I'm not sure how the lay of the land was back in 1700's.
wife Mary SMITH born Baltimore MD. married 1730 in George's Psh. Baltimore
Co. MD. death after 1773. then to daug. Mary W. CHENOWETH born 1848 maybe
Frederick Co. VA. death 1830 married 1768 VA. to Levi ASHBROOK b. 1738 NJ
death 1794 Hampshire Co. VA. {maybe WV now days} then to Daug. Phoebe ASHBROOK
b.1775 d. 1843 married before 1796 Hampshire Co. VA. {WV} to Thomas W. TUCKER
b.1765 VA{WV} d. 1830 ILL. then to son Levi TUCKER b.1794 d. 1854 wife
Sarah ALSBURY b. 1801 d. 1855 married 1821 Mason Co. VA {WV} {Sarah's
parents Charles ALSBURY and Jane HENRY} then to son Thomas A. TUCKER b.
1823 VA.{WV} d. 1882 Albia Monroe Co. IA. married Elizabeth HILYARD b.1829
VA {WV} married 1847 ILL. d. 1907 {Elizabeth's Parents George HILYARD and
Elizabeth KNIGHT} Then to Daughter Emma Bell TUCKER
b. 1863 Albia Monroe Co. IA. 1881 married W.H. BALTZLEY These are my
gg-grands..
Looking to find others researchers on any or all of these lines as I'm told
the TUCKER and AIKENS lines are many links back to CHENOWETH lines.. I
have many other names in
my TUCKER lines that I can share in future posting.. Hope to hear back on
any corrections
or addition to what I have posted as I have only just came by this info.
and not done any really researching into the info. as yet. I hope maybe
some of the CHENOWETH researcher on this List can enlighten and share info.
