I am looking for information on my grandmother Ellen Tribble. She was married to James Bybee Chenault born in Glascow Junction/Barren co. KY. They moved to Augusta, Ks. @1928. If anyone knows as to who her parents were and if she had any siblings would be very helpful. And any living relatives.

In the new Chenault Family Red Book on Page 745 there is the following:
13113.34 - Lucas W. "Luke" Chenault born 21 Aug 1837 in KY died 23 Nov 1910 Barren Co., KY; burried Glasgow Municipal Cemetery, Barren Co., KY; married 28 June 1867 in Barren Co., KY to Mary "Mollie" Davidson born 10 March 1840 in Gerogia; died 1 November 1880 in Barren Co., KY
13113.3 - Coleman T. Chenault born about 1814 in KY; died 1883 in Barren Co., KY married 4 July 1830 in Hardin Co., Ky to Martha b."Patsey" Bunnell, born 1809 in KY; died 1898
died 1898 in Barren Co., KY.
This book carried this Chenault Family back another 5 generations to Estienne Chenau (Stephen Chenault) who came to this country from Normandy France in the early 1700s
Hope this is of some help.

My grandpa is James Bybee Chenault. He was born in Grand Junction(Barren Co.)Kentucky on Feb.10, 1875.or about. His parents were Luke Chenault and Mary/Molly Davidson. He was married to Ellen Irma Tribble. And possibly had a twin brother, Edward Bybee. A sister name Sallie. And maybe another brother William Luke. They were born and raised in Hardin Ky. My father is James Eldon Chenault and mother is Evelyn Irene Adams. If anyone has any information as to who Luke and Molly's parents are I would appreciate it. I thought my Dad said once upon a time that we were related to Gen.Claire Lee Chenault. I have not found any connection to link him to us. If any one is related to any of the Chenault's I have mentioned or know any thing, please contact me. I have been researching for month's and am at a standstill. Thank you.
