My Great Grandfather's name was James H. Cheeseman. His father was William J. Cheeseman, born in England about 1844 and his mother was Serepta Newkirk, born in Ohio about 1844. James had a brother, William, and 3 sisters, Anna S., Sadie, and Grace. All were born in Franklin County, Ohio. James died in 1925 in Columbus after the firetruck he was on collided with a street car in Columbus.
Don't know if any of this fits with your Sarah, but am willing to share if it does.

I have a Mary Cheseman married to John Vaughn in my files.
I have the last name Ireland in my files also.
Was looking at the internet on these two last names.
Ireland & Cheeseman various spellings for each of the names.
Found the abstract of a will (this is all it states) for:
Cheeseman, Samuel. Phila, Cordwainer.
Died August 18, 1770
will proved Sept., 25 1770
Wife: Sarah, Exec. Sarah Cheeseman, Dr. John Redman and John Rhea (merchant). Children: Elizabeth, Samuel, Tenant, Mary Ireland, Edmunds Snd Susanna. Son in law: Edward Ireland. sister Mary Eastlack.
Witnesses: Wm. Craig, Jno Drinker and Will Parr.
Codicil. August 23, 1770. John Cobowrn appointed Co-exec. Witnesses: Wm Craig, Jos. Stansbury and Will Parr. (O:553)
Does any one know of this family?
My interest is mostly in the Ireland last name.
Though the Cheeseman name is interesting.
I have combined some information on various sources.
Pennsylvania marriage Edward Ireland to Mary Cheeseman Aug 31, 1767. This may be the date of the license not the actual marriage. Found a Edward Ireland/Mary Cheeseman record that Edward Ireland d. 17 Jul 1816, and Mary Cheeseman was b. 28 Oct 1746, another internet record stated they was married Sept. 01, 1767 in Philadelphia.
Anyone know something else about these people?
Especially their ancestors.
