Hi Listers,
You have probably heard this story before, but I have today received the
birth certificate for my grandfathers youngest sister which proves parentage
(I cannot find my grandfathers birth certificate or entry for love nor
money!!)
Alfred William ROSE married Emily Ada CHEESEMAN approx 1890/91
(Dorking/Shere area)
Alfred William came from Dorking and Emily Ada was from Shere.
Alfred and Emily had 14 children between 1891 (Ada Amelia) and 1911Gerald
Harold)
There were three CHEESEMAN/ROSE marriages between these families.
If anyone thinks that they may have a connection I would love to hear from
them.
