Beginning March 2nd, 2020 the Mailing Lists functionality on RootsWeb will be discontinued. Users will no longer be able to send outgoing emails or accept incoming emails. Additionally, administration tools will no longer be available to list administrators and mailing lists will be put into an archival state.
Administrators may save the emails in their list prior to March 2nd. After that, mailing list archives will remain available and searchable on RootsWeb

1723 in Hempstead, Nassau Co., NY. married Mary and had Ephraim,

I have . My second great-grand uncle - William Henry Williams , married Richard and Jane's first daughter
Mary Cheeseman in Victoria ,B.C. on Nov 28,1868 ...... that is where I fit into the family....
I have many certificates for the Cheeseman family and am presently digging up more as time permits...
work gets in the way - can only do research in local repositories on weekends and the odd lunch hour...

Looking for information on Jane Dyke b: about 1831. Married Richard Cheeseman in 1851 in Sevenoaks. Immigrated to Victoria BC, Canada in 1853. Jane lived in Sevenoaks area. Richard from Chatham. Richard was employed by the Hudson's Bay Company. I think there may be a connection to the Aaron Dyke, Sarah Cheeseman descendants.
