I have sent the following email to the <A

HREF="aol://4344:1723.usreps.14717012.588913845">United States House of
Representatives - 107th Congress</A> on this bill to charge us email users;
please contact your government reps and do the same:
Please vote a resounding "NO" on Bill 602P will permit the Federal Government
to charge a 5-cent surcharge on every email delivered, by billing Internet
Service Providers at source.
This would provide the Postal Service with revenue that they did not earn
while penalizing those of us who utilize the internet / email for research
purposes which clearly increases productivity nationally.
I use the internet extensively for genealogical research, much of which
transpires with information traded by email ... sometimes 100 emails a day.
This bill would put me out of business by increasing my expenses 10 fold.
Please defeat this bill and ask your colleagues to do likewise.
Sincerely,
Jeffrey L. Williams
