I'm looking for information on Susan's husband Lewis. I was told he
committed suicide in his barn soon after his 4th child was born. I have no
information on his birth or parents and I was curious if anyone out there
has information on him. All I do know is that he was born about 1870.
Thanks, Andrea

I just wanted to jump in here and tell you this. I bought the book
CHAUDOIN'S OF VIRGINIA 1750-1900. It proved to be a wonderful resource.
I was able to find my grandmother (who was actually living at the time) and
my only cousin, whom I had never met. That was the best investment I ever
made. I highly recommend the book. I treasure it.
