I'm looking for a possible connection between the line
John Chatterton (1774-1800), his son John Chatterton (1771-1857) and grandson John Chatterton (1810-1891), all born in Derby/Derbyshire, UK
and
William Morgan Chatterton (1806-1888, b Bath) and his daughters (both born in Bath) Sarah G Chatterton (b abt 1834) and Margaret (b abt 1847).
These latter two ladies were in 1861 staying in Islington, London, with a half brother of the youngest John, namely George Joseph Chatterton. They are listed in the census as visitors, so the relationship must go back a few generations.
Roger Brugge
(married to a Chatterton)
