Hi Cindy!
I'm looking for a Perry Chatterton in Michigan. His name is listed in my great-grandmother's address book. Was his wife's name, Anna Brandenburg? Did they have a son named J. Roger Chatterton (born 1939)?
Anna's parent's names were Johannes (Joe) and Anna, her siblings Dana and John. Anna was born in South Africa about 1908 and the family emigrated to the U.S. in 1920.
I'm just guessing that Perry is married to Anna Brandenburg so let me know if I'm going in the right direction if it matches up with your info.
Thanks!!

Wondering If anyone has gotten anywhere on Shadrack CHATTERTON's first unknown wife. I descend from his first born son Jonathan CHATTERTON. Looking at the names of Jonathan and Mary Gardiner CHATTERTON's children makes me think that Shadrack may have married an ONDERDONK. Has anyone done any research on this possibility? I am finding that the surname was quite prevalent during the time frame I am looking at.
Also, on Feb. 17, 2003 I posted a request for documentation on the wife of my immigrant ancestor, Michael CHATTERTON first found at Strawberry Bank in 1640, as Martha Vinel and his parents as Thomas CHATTERTON and Rebecca CHITTENDEN. I didn't receive even one response. I can only assume that everyone who has this entry in the family file has not documented it. I personally would hate to spend years working on the wrong line. So if you have this information documented, please share. If not, perhaps you should contact the person you got it from and ask them to share.
Thanks for any help,
Corinne Chadderdon
