Emily Mae Rodebaugh Chatham, age 103,
passed away Monday evening July 16, 2012
at UPMC Hamot.
She resided in Lawrence Park.PA,
She was born in Myersdale, Pa. May 29, 1909,
a daughter of the late Edward and Gertrude Icher Rodebaugh. She is survived by a daughter, Ann C. Allen of Lawrence Park, a son, Charles "Buzz" Chatham and his wife, Peggy of Erie, seven grandchildren; Cathy McCalmont, Carl Vazquez, Richard Chatham, Cheri DeBlock, Sandra Henry, Kirk Allen and David Chatham, 15 Great-Grandchildren and three Great-Great-Grandchildren also survive. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles "Bud" Chatham, a daughter, Delores "Dee" Vazquez, a sister, Olive Rodebaugh and three brothers, Edward, Carl and David Rodebaugh. Emily worked at the Boston Store. She also worked in the family owned Park 5 and 10 Store and at the House of Fabrics and Yarns. She was an avid Bridge player and was a member of several Bridge Clubs. Emily was a longtime member of the Lawrence Park Golf Club. In addition to golf, she enjoyed gardening, bowling, and reading. Friends may call at the G. R. Bailey Funeral Home, 4396 Iroquois Avenue, Lawrence Park, Thursday fr!
om 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and from 6 p.m. until time of the funeral service at 7:30 p.m. Burial will be in Wintergreen Gorge Cemetery Friday at 11 a.m.
