I believe this grave would be a grandchild of John F. Soper and Annis Elzina Chatfield. Their 3rd child, and 2nd son was named Wilbur S. Soper Wilbur married Lillian Mae Fenney about 1887 in Jewell Co., KS. This makes it possible the cemetery is located somewhere in that area.
The information for this generation is below (I have more).

Annis and John Soper were married March 15, 1860 in Henry County, Illinois
On the 1880 census, they lived in Prairie, Jewell, KS and had 7 children. 3 born in IL and 4 born in IA. He was a farmer
John was born in NY. Both his parents were born in NJ
Annis was born in Ohio and her parents were also born in OH
Couldn't find where they were buried. Sorry.
I would think the child was not theirs.

Hi Mary, I have no info on Mary Jane Simons. Looking for where her
husband Frederick's father Sheldon is buried too.
Good luck. Let me know if you find anything. One grave always leads to
another.
