Beginning March 2nd, 2020 the Mailing Lists functionality on RootsWeb will be discontinued. Users will no longer be able to send outgoing emails or accept incoming emails. Additionally, administration tools will no longer be available to list administrators and mailing lists will be put into an archival state.
Administrators may save the emails in their list prior to March 2nd. After that, mailing list archives will remain available and searchable on RootsWeb

Dear Paige,
You do not give the name of your great grandmother Chater, or any details about her, so it is difficult to help you. However, the name Imbusch is familiar to me. I think I was contacted a few years back by someone who was related, someone Linfoot? Does that ring any bells? they have information on your Imbusch line. Also, if you use Ancestry, you will find many references to the name going back to your ancestors in Germany.

im interesed in finding my family history too .. as far as i know my great grandmother was a chater and as far as i know she lived in india and married my great grandfather eric imbusch and lived in india where my grandfather was born his name was william brian imbusch he also had a brother named densel it would be nice if you have any information about this
