Further to my earlier email. I have been told it is quite easy to produce web pages using Microsoft Word.
I have tried it out and was surprised to find out how good it was !
No doubt many of you already know that.
I produced a document with colored text and a picture, links to other pages and email with no problems.
So I withdraw my previous comment particularly if you have Word as your Word processor,
Where a picture ids used it would be neccessary to send as an attachment,
So I look forward to seeing what you can produce,

All those wishing to participate in the Image map project.
The following is how I would like to recieve your information.
It is basically the same as the example of my own.
To see it follow the Link from the Image Map item and click on UK. Then scroll down to the London area and click again.
On the next page click on my name in the Table.
1) When emailing please enter subject as :-
Image map Info
Note You can have up to 2,000 words of text,( That should be plenty!) and if you wish to include web links that is fine.
The format as follows both for those sending as a web page and those as text either in the body of the message or as an attachment. If you can make your own web page that would help. The basic design I leave to you but other than you location and picture no larger graphics fhan those I have used please, but background graphics are fine
1) Title (Your name)
2) Your email address
3) Location- I would advise against giving your full address but that is up to you. The Minimum required is Country- State or County. I would hope most of you will put the name of the nearest town as well. Zip or Postal Codes codes are fine.
4) If possible include a picture the YOU think may be of interest. This can be of yourself, family, place of interst in you area or whatever.
5) Your line of research. I would like to see it down to yourself but again that is up to you. . "Oldest" ancestor first.
6) Other family research interests
7) Your own personal web site address. For those who have entries on the Chase/Chace site already you can, additionally, link to it/them.
8) Help offered. There is no obligation to offer any help of any kind. However if you are able to please detail
That is it. If you have further suggestions please send within by Friday evening (U.S.) time as I hope to work on the pages over the weekend

Hi Keith,
I'm sorry for the radio silence. It's been wild and
wooly here. I like what you did with New England very
much. I like the format of the information you listed
for yourself on the UK link.
You're doing a wonderful job. I await instructions to
submit information with great anticipation.

Dear Harriet,
What is your own line?
I am painstakingly trying to reconstruct my Chase line. There is a Harriet
in it who did not have children. She was the sister of my great grandmother,
Maryann Chase, and she was born April 2, 1851. She had ten brothers and
sisters, one of whom might have named their offspring after her. She was a
teacher who died in Cleveland, OH in 1930 and is buried in Deep River,
Middlesex County, above Old Saybrook, Connecticut, about 65 miles East of
Darien. She would be buried beside her brother, John Nelson Chase and
perhaps Elizabeth Allen, his wife.
Sincerely, Ellie Pelcyger
You mean #1261 (each person the Seven Generations is assigned a number)
well the men that is, grrrrrrrrrrrrr
Aaron 6 (Isaac 5, David4, Benoni3, Ens. Moses2, Aquila1) born in

Allen. He died in North Adams, 28 Dec. (does not say what state, but since
it does not say, can "assume VT because that is where they were.) They lived
in North Adams.
Children by first wife:

Gwenda if these are the two you would like connected:VIOLA!
And looks like you get your trip to VT ;0)
If so, and you want "all" of it back to Aquila with kids & all , I can do
that!

Thanks for your efforts on behalf of all of us, Keith!
I don't know if this has been a quiet weekend for Chase-L, but yours is the
first message I have received in several days.
I'm wondering if anyone lives near Hudson just across the Merrimack from
Nashua, New Hampshire? There are several Chases buried there from the
1800's. I'd love to hear if someone has seen that graveyard. I wish I knew
what it was called, but the name of it is not mentioned in my only record.
Sincerely,
Ellie Pelcyger
To those who are interested in the Image map Project.
I have now loaded the pages that I will be using to access your information pages.
Constructive comments invited.
I would like to thank all those who pointed me to variuos map & flag web sites.
At this time I have decided not to use county maps in the U.S.States. Firstly because I did not appreciate how some states such as Texas,(who else?0 had so many.
For those of you who have a reasonably fast connection you can try clicking on Texas on the U.S. Image map where I have included the U.S.Census map,(thanks,Lorry), and you will see the problem.
I have found a county map of Texas that breaks the state into about 20 sections and later I will adopt that system for the others if the need arises.
I will not issue any instructions on how to navigate the Image map site as I hope and trust they will not be needed,
For those with slow internet connections or who do not use graphics there is are alternative pages provided but they are at this stage empty, of course..
Please do not send me your information until I request it.
I need to think of the best way to send it so that it will convert to Web pages easily.
I have modified my own page,(the only one shown, see under the UK link) and it will give everyone an idea of what can be done,
Keith Hume
Does anyone know where I can source U.S. State Maps,on-line, that show the counties.please? I have one of Penn which I found some time ago and now cannot find the provider!
Also can anyone tell me if Washington D.C. has its own flag?
I have finished the U.S. Image map and all the State pages
including State maps but would prefer better ones.
If I do not get the maps I would like I will put the the ones I have on the Chase site.
Keith Hume
Hi, Keith --
Hope this site helps you; Washington, DC does have its own flag, and all
others are pictured here as well.

Hello cousins,
I happened upon a Chase headstone in Elmlawn Cemetery, Town of Tonawanda,
ERIE, NY while I was taking photos as a RAOGK volunteer. Buried here are
George E. (1848-1912), Emily E. (1861-1946) and Betsy W. (1891-1934) --
father, mother and daughter.
Does anyone have these Chases? I would be happy to send the digital pictures
of the stone,
Sandy Chase
For Sharon Gallup:
Sharon, I took a look around and found the below information at Ancestry.
Com. I think it is possible that Lillie Bridget and Lillie Bertha might be
two separate people. Your Lillie's parents, if the below is correct, are not
the same as Bertha's in your California death record. Maybe they are of the
same family??? Still, your date of death matches up. And, as for the unknown
Chase marriage, the Beverly Trask query appears to have that nailed down.
Can anyone expand on Fred L. Chase for Sharon?
Regards to all, Sandy Chase

Last; night in my search for my lost family (I have asking all chase families to see
if they had a Lillie Bridget Gallup married to a Chase in their lines.)
I found out that my Lillie Bridget was actually listed
in the California death records as such:
last name first birth mother father sex
place death
Chase, Lillie Bertha 10/29/1882 LINQUIST GALDERP F Utah LOSANELES
died age.
03/02/1949 66 yrs
would you all try again for me.
Thank you
