Hi, Mary:
Sorry, I have taken so long to respond. I have been out-of-town. I live in SC and went to MD to visit my daughter, parents, & sister. I, also, went to PA to visit more family.
I don't think the Charles you mentioned is my Charles Judson White. My Charles was born about 1864 according to the 1920 census. Mary Virginia Charlton was born about 1868. I have nothing else. Just the death certificate of my grandmother, Lelia May White, stating who her parents are, and the 1920 census. I need to dig more into the census. Baltimore is so hard because of so many people. None of my family members remember much about them. My father vaguely recalls that Charles Judson White died around 1941-42 or so. He remembers walking a few blocks to his grandmother's, Mary V. Charlton, house. She was single (widowed) then. She lived on Penn Ave. in Baltimore City. My father was only 7 or 8 years old at this time. He does not remember any more than that. Are there any death indexes, cemetery inscriptions, etc. out there?
I want to thank you for your help. I appreciate this. I have been reading your queries here and on genforum.com. They are very helpful to all. You are a very generous person.
Thanks a million,
Dale Lynn Kibler Iwancio

Trying to locate William E Hall and Hannah Charlton ca 1855. They had a son Thomas E 1855 Thornley/Tow Law. William or his father may have owned or worked as a grocer. Thomas became a miner. Son also include Geoorge, Robert and William.
