Am I the only one to be looking for Charlesworth's in Buckinghamshire? I am
looking for Charlesworth's in Fenny Stratford, Buckinghamshire after 1880
and in Roudge (sic) in Wiltshire (which I think is Rudge or could possibly be
Rowde) before 1880. They could have had something to do with the railways.

According to the 1891 census Fred Charlesworth born in Attercliffe was the son of Samuel and Ann Charlesworth. On the 1901 census Ann and Frederick are living in Derbyshire, Ann is described as a widow.
Looks like it was a 2nd marriage for Samuel as he was described as a widower on the 1861 census.

There are 4 birth registers for Fred Charlesworth born circa July 1863:
Fred - Dewsbury, Yorkshire,
Fred - Hunslet, Yorkshire,
Frederick - Sheffield, Yorkshire,
Frederick William - Sheppey, Kent.
I hope this helps, the 1871 census possibly shows the ones born in Dewsbury, Hunslet and Sheffield but I couldn't find the one born in Kent. When did he leave England?
Best wishes
Tina Charlesworth

Trying to find any info on Frederick Charlesworth. I think he was born in July of 1863. He met and married Christina Augustina Garcia in Mexico in the early 1900's, and then moved the the USA.
Thanks!

Hi- My Grandfather was Frederick Charlesworth, born in 1863 (7/17/1863) His mothers maiden name was Robinson, and that is all that I know. I beleive that he came from Attercliffe, Yorkshire. His sons were Laurian and Fred, his daughters were Florence and Marie. Marie is my mother.
I think his middle name was Alexander and there might be a Samuel in the family
