Hi,
I responded to your last request. I am your cousin and Joseph Charlesworth's wife if Elizabeth Hirst. There are at least two generations further known through the Ancestral File on each researched surname at any genealogical center of the Family History Library. The fellow, a Mr. Montgomery, is more interested in making people pay for his research than to help the work to be accomplished. Don't pay his price. Learn to research in England free of charge. If he found the records, so will you.
I am not in possession of my records at present but Barrow has no "s". The children you list are somewhat familiar but not verifiable since I have not records with me. Drop Alsopp, Fergusson, Humble and Singleton as surnames. They are not ours. Brown is not our surname either. Where did you find that Alice and Thomas were married on a boat? That is very interesting. As I state in the other reply, it is a good possibility that half of the children born to Alice were born out of the state of Utah and England would be a great possibilty for those births. Sorry I don't have the records here.
Good luck.
Respond to my E-mail and I will try and be of support to your research.

Hi
I am third great granddaughter of Thomas Charlesworth and his wife Alice Barrow Charlesworth. The parents of Joseph Charlesworth are found in the Ancestral File of the L.D.S. Family History Library. A Mr. Montgomery has done the research. Alsopp is not a part of our genealogy. Elizabeth is a Hirst. I think Joseph's father is Benjamin Charlesworth and a Miss Ward. Mr. Montgomery seems to be anxious to only give a little of the results of his research without getting rewarded financially, so be careful. If he found the information you can also free of charge by learning how to research in England. I believe Mr. Montgomery gave two generations on each line of Hirst and Charlesworth in the Ancestry File. This file is accessable at any genealogy center where the L.D.S. Church is responsible.
I don't think the names of Fergusson, Humble, Singleton or Brown belong to Joseph's ancestry.
The lines of Barrow (no s), Beswick and Charlesworth are being research well.
Please feel free to contact me at my E-Mail.
I hope to be of further service when I have my records in front of me.
I don't know the children well enough yet to be of help but they seem to be familiar to what I remember in my research, especially Carlos. Since the Barrows and Charlesworths were in England quite a while, Utah may not be the birthplace for the first five or more children.
Good luck Cousin.

Dear List
The genealogy report below contains what information I have about
Elizabeth Isabella "Bella" Charlesworth and Robert Alfred Burns.
Additionally, I think they(Bella and Robert) may have worked for the
Cunard Lines out of Liverpool in the 1920s. Perhaps some of the others
listed in this info are in someone's line.
I hope this rings a bell out there!
Best regards,
Roberta
