My mother-in Law was also a Charlesworth Beatrice Alice who came to Canada

If you have any questions I will be glad to answer if I can be of any
help
John was a Chief Petty Officer in the Royal Navy.

Fulstone, Yorkshire in 1841. Her marriage certificate lists her father as
Jonathan Charlesworth. Census data lists her mother as Betty. Can anyone
help in finding further information on this branch of my family?

He's listed as George C Charlesworth on the 1861 census. Was he the son of
Emma's husband, Samuel Crosland, or had there been a previous relationship
that I currently don't know about.
