I am trying to find out some details about my maternal Grandmother, Mary Gertrude Amesbury (nee Charlesworth). All I have is her marriage certificate when she married my Grandfather Thomas Albert Amesbury at Macclesfield Registry Officer on December 21st 1933, she was 23 years old. I know she died at the beginning or during the war after she had given birth to my Father David Wallace Amesbury (born 21 Oct 1936) and his younger brother Thomas Paul Amesbury (born approx 1938). I believe that at the time of her death my grandfather was serving in WW2. Her father was named Jason Charlesworth and was born in Staffordshire.
Does anybody know of the family or of my grandmother. I would like to know where and when she died and where she is buried. I'm pretty sure it will be in Macclesfield as the family stayed there after the war.
Any information would be a great help.
Thanks
