Beginning March 2nd, 2020 the Mailing Lists functionality on RootsWeb will be discontinued. Users will no longer be able to send outgoing emails or accept incoming emails. Additionally, administration tools will no longer be available to list administrators and mailing lists will be put into an archival state.
Administrators may save the emails in their list prior to March 2nd. After that, mailing list archives will remain available and searchable on RootsWeb

Jane, I didn't receive the first part of you last mail. What was "above".
I would really like to make some progress in this area. I think John, may
have been Joseph, was my GreatGrandfather. My father was Edward, his father
was Joseph B. and I think Josephs father was William or John. I have some
data on a John in the 1930 Federal Census in Maine, Cumberland, Portland.
My father is on that list also. I hope I'm not asking too much or
intruding. I have been trying to identify William or John for several years
without luck.

There are only 8 Squire BEAUMONTs in the 1901 census. (I was looking for a
54 year old). I thought I'd have a look at the one born "Deepear" .. think
it should be Deepcar :-)
