Shelly, one of my great-something grandmothers was Mary Polly Charles, but
she moved from SC to northeast MS and lived there the rest of her life.
I don't know of anyone in my family line who went out west to CO. It is
good of you to try to locate a descendant.

I've "rescued" and old photograph of Miss Poly CHARLES and Miss BRANFORD
which was taken at the G. W. McDonald Studio in Denver, CO. The photograph
appears to have been taken in the 1880's or 1890's with the two women likely
in their teens or 20's at the time it was taken. I'm hoping to locate
someone from one of their families so that the photograph can be returned to
family. If you are a member of one of their families or you know someone
who might be, please contact me.
Thanks,
Shelley
