I wish I knew if that is the same Charles C Wood. This has been a mystery that I have been trying to solve for awhile. I'm still not convinced that Charles was his real first name and not someone's translation of this last name.
I'm glad you found the marriage of Charles and Delilah because I hadn't seen that one before.
Did you find Fortune and Sophie's real marriage or are you referring to the show they put on in California after they were already married?
If you didn't find it, go to this link and it will pop up.

MARRIED.
WOOD-CASHAN- In this city, March 3, by Rev. F. F. Jewell, D.D., Charles C. Wood and Delilah Kashan, both of this city.
I was wondering if you could please tell me if Charles C. Wood is the same as the saloon keeper that died a month after Delilah? I can't find anything that mentions his family.

I'm terribly sorry. I didn't realize one was to research the person's parents before being able gather the maiden name of the individual in question. Since you already knew the story of the name change maybe you could have been kind enough to include that in your post, rather than going off on a superiority complex because I didn't know her father had changed his name (which still doesn't seem to mean she did). My family changed our name, too, and it didn't make my maiden name different from what you see on official documents... there's a period of cutoff. At least in our family.

That's a start. Keep researching and you'll eventually find that her father name at birth was Charles Charlebois who started using the name Wood(Bois)when he imigrated to the United States from Canada (as many other Charlebois also did).
Now if you can locate the marriage record of Charles Charlebois/Wood and Delilah that would be a big help.

Singer Will Continue Musical Studies in Italy Under Famous Conductor
Announcement of the engagement of Miss Charlebois Wood and Fortune Gallo surprised their many friends. Miss Wood has been a member of the Lambardi grand opera company for the last year under the stage name of Sophie Charlebois, and Gallo is the manager of the company.
Miss Wood was reared in San Francisco, being a granddaughter of the late Israel Kashow, a pioneer, once owner of Belvedere Island. She studied music in New York and for a while was a prima donna with several comic opera companies and was known as one of the youngest sopranos on the stage.
Last year, while on a visit to her grandmother [Sophia] in this city, Miss Wood joined the Lambardi company and went east. During this tour she became acquainted with Gallo.
Gallo also is manager of Creatore's band, now playing at Idora park. He is a member of a well known family and has two brothers who are captains in the Italian army in Tripoli.
The wedding will take place the first week in May at the Swedenborgian church. The bride's only attendant will be her cousin, Mrs. Thomas J. Churchill, formerly Miss Lucy Mitchell [Mighell]. Frank Rossi will be the best man.
At the close of the opera season the couple will make their permanent residence in Naples.
The bride will continue her musical studies under Fulgenzio Guerrieri, the celebrated conductor.
The San Francisco Call (San Francisco, CA) 5/12/1912, p 33, image 37
The marriage of Miss Sophie Charlotte Wood and Fortune Gallo was celebrated at high noon last Saturday in the Swedenborgian church in this city. Rev. Joseph Worcester officiated at the solemn service. The bride was attended by her cousin, Mrs. Thomas Churchill, formerly Miss Lucy Mighels, who officiated as matron of honor, Charles Baker of Chicago supported the groom as best man. Following the ceremony a wedding breakfast was served in the home of Mrs. D. Kashow, in California street. Mr. and Mrs. Gallo are passing their honeymoon in Los Angeles and will go to the Santa Cruz mountains, where they will take a cottage for several months. The bridegroom is the manager of the Lombardi Opera company and will open the season here in October. At the close of his engagement Mr. and Mrs. Gallo will go to Italy, where they will permanently reside in the former's beautiful villa. Mrs. Gallo is the granddaughter of the late I. Kashow, the former owner of Kashow's island now known as Bel!

Do you know when and where Charles and Delilah were married?

You may want to do a little more research before you make a statement like this (Her maiden name was Wood, not Charlebois).

Her maiden name was Wood, not Charlebois. She was the granddaughter of Israel Kashow of San Francisco, daughter of Delilah (Kashow) & Charles Wood.
