Lucie LeBoeuf/LeBeuf m. Telesphore Charest on Aug 24 1858. She was born on Aug 1 1828. Parents were Pierre LeBeuf and Martine Gariepy. There were fifteen children listed. There was a Joseph born Feb 19 1841. Is this your ancestor?
Pierre was born Feb 10 1806 and married Martine Gariepy on Jan 30 1827. His parents m. Apr. 2 1800.were Michel LeBeuf b. Mar 20 1767, and Marie Therese Chenette/Clermont; six children are listed.
Michel's parents are Michel LeBeuf and Marie-Jeanne Gendron m. Feb 14 1763; eight children listed. I didn't find this Michel's birth in St. Anne de la Perade but the marriage is in the Drouin books.
The next set of parents is Michel LeBeuf and Marie-Madeleine Tessier m. Feb 9 1739. Nine children are listed.
Next generation is Jean-Baptiste LeBeuf and Marie Therese Limousin m. Apr 10 1695 in Batiscan.
I found a Sarah Tessier and Pierre LeBeuf m. Sept. 26 1871. He is son of a Pierre LeBeuf who was married to Mathilde Gariepy. I don't know if this is the same Pierre as was married to Martine Gariepy. they arelisted with eight children including your ancestor, Joseph Henri Philippe b. Oct 8 1887.
My email is archarest(a)aol.com. Have you checked the Drouin for information? Let me know if you want the lists of children derived from the St. Anne records (copied into booklet form by the town office). Hopefully they are accurate. Alice
